The Robin · Gelugor
We chose to open The Robin in the Gelugor neighbourhood, outside the usual café areas of George Town and Bayan Lepas. We wanted a place where we could focus on serving good food and looking after the people who come in.
We’re a modern fusion café, drawing on Malaysia, Japan, the United States, Australia and other Western food traditions. You’ll find Japanese-inspired rice bowls alongside hearty brunch plates, pasta and espresso coffee.

We cook our brunch dishes to order and give each plate the time it needs. From the first espresso of the morning to the last slice of cheesecake, we pay attention to what reaches the table.
